Your wedding is one of the most important and exciting days of your life. However, today’s average wedding can take approximately 225 hours to plan. Many couples find this process to be overwhelming and stressful. That’s where I come into the picture. I will work closely with you to enhance your planning experience. I will be there to take care of all the details; no matter how big or small. Below are listed the wedding packages along with some of the other services we offer. We can customize any package to fit your needs. There is no set price because every wedding is different. You pay for only the services you need. I also work very hard to make my services part of your budget.

GOLD PACKAGE

This is set up for the bride who has done all of the planning but who would like some assistance the day of the wedding and leading up to it. With this package I would be the first to arrive and the last to leave. I would bring you a total stress-free day.
Includes but not excluded to:
- in depth meeting from 1 month before wedding day
- checklist preparation
- coordinate the schedule arrival/delivery of all vendors
- final payments to all vendors if needed
- coordination of wedding day:
- greet vendors
- receive deliveries
- assist with proper set up
- assist with placement of favors, seating assignments, place cards, menu cards and programs
- greet and direct guests
- assist with miscellaneous items such as special dances, toasts, cutting of the cake, etc.
- assist with coordination of photo shoots
- wrap up food for bride and groom to take home



DIAMOND PACKAGE

This package is for the bride who wants to research their own banquet venue/caterer but could use some assistance with all other aspects of the planning.
Includes but not excluded to:
- unlimited communication with planner
- budget planning
- style, theme and decoration planning
- preparation of calendar, timeline and checklist
- vendor selection
- florist
- photographer/videographer
- entertainment
- bakery
- research wedding stationary:
- save the date
- invitations
- place cards

- seating chart preparation
- securing an officiant
- assistance with selection of favors
- coordination of wedding day:
- coordination of delivery, arrival and set up of vendors
- photo shoot coordination
- on-site assistance during ceremony
- on-site assistance during reception

- coordination of final payment to professional services if needed

PLATINUM PACKAGE

This package involves every aspect of your wedding. Its ideal for the couple who needs help with their wedding and isn’t able to spend all the hours that is needed to plan it.
Includes: Everything in the diamond package PLUS:
- honeymoon planning
- banquet venue/catering selection
- banquet walk throughs
- contract negotiations
- out-of-towners:
o hotel accommodations
o welcome baskets
- seating charts



A LA CARTE

These items are available for the couple who want to add to the packages or just need a little assistance in small details.
